HLP Schools is Accepting Housing Repair Bids

Request for bids for repair of apartments.

Bids are being accepted for repair of apartments at the high school housing in Hays, MT.  The scope document for the repair is available at the district office located at the Hays High School. 

The Bid must include fully itemized estimates showing labor and material costs which will be submitted to the district’s insurance adjuster for approval.

The bidder must be responsible for all repairs of the plumbing pipe damage from freezing.  This includes documenting each break with photos, description, and location. The successful bidder must provide an invoice reflecting the repairs and that invoice will need to show itemized material and labor costs.  This plumbing repair is a reimbursement for actual documented cost and is separate from the repairs described in the scope document.

The successful bidder will be expected to begin work immediately after School Board selection of the bidder, and approval of the bid by the school district insurance adjuster. The final approval of the bid is dependent on approval by the school district insurance adjuster.   All work must be completed by August 1, 2024.

Bids must be received by May 9, 2024, at the District Office located in the Hays High School.

The School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids as it deems in the best interest of the School District.
